Is it safe to order online?

ETADEM uses secure technology, privacy controls, and employee access restrictions to protect your personal information. ETADERM will only charge your credit card if you confirm your purchase from us. We do not store credit card information or process recurring billing or monthly charges. You will only be charged when you purchase on our website and confirm the transaction through the checkout process.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us for assistance as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to change or cancel your order.
Do you offer samples?
At this moment we don’t offer samples but you are back with a 30 days money back guarantee.This means that within 30 days you can try and like our products or return them for a full refund. It can be returned regardless of the amount of bottle used.No questions asked.

Shipping and Return
How long will my order take?
After Placing your order we will process the orders for up to 24 hours.Orders that have been placed on Holidays or weekend will be ship on the next business day.If you live in the U.S., you can typically expect your shipment to be delivered within 3 - 7 business days from the shipping date. International orders may take 7 - 21 business days to arrive.
What's the tracking number for my order?
You can find the tracking number for your order in your shipping confirmation email. If you aren't able to find this email, we'd recommend checking your spam folder. Feel free to contact us if you're not able to find your tracking number and we're happy to send you your tracking information.
What is your return Policy?
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order .Include your full name and order number in your email. All return requests must be made by email. Once you have received the return instructions, simply return the unwanted products and we will gladly refund your original payment method for the full purchase price, minus any shipping fees.
If subsequent orders are made after the original purchase of the product, they are not eligible for a refund.
If you're returning multiples of the same item, only one can be opened and used. The other's must be completely sealed, otherwise they are not eligible for a refund.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Original product containers must be returned in order for us to process a refund. For your protection, we recommend that you use a trackable delivery service when shipping the items. Any purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. If the original credit card account has expired or been canceled, we can not issue a refund to a different account . The customer will be responsible for any service charges/fees that may be assessed by the credit card or banking institution. The start of the 30 day period is the day courier records successful delivery.
The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, apply only to purchases made directly through our website. We reserve the right to deny guarantee requests if a customer is abusing the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
